Grilled Fingerling Potatoes

Slice the fingerling potatoes in half lengthwise. With the cut side up, brush each potato with olive oil and light salt. Add some zest to the potatoes by substituting the the salt with paprika. Cook the potatoes on a grill to the side of the coals for approximately 20 minutes or until they soften on the inside and crisp on the outside.
