Ingredients
- 2 or 3 scallions, thinly sliced, dark green parts only. (substitute a couple of tablespoons of a diced red, white or yellow onion)
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 avocados
Preparation
- In a medium bowl mash the avocado.
- Add garlic, green scallions, jalapeño, salt, cumin, and lime juice. Stir with a fork until blended.
