Smoked Trout and Apple Crostini

Ingredients

  • 16 baguette slices, toasted
  • 1/2 c. Creme fraiche
  • 8 oz. flaked smoked trout
  • 1/4 c. apple, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. dill
  • Lemon juice, for drizzling

Preparation

  1. Top baguette slices with creme fraiche, smoked trout, apple, dill, and a drizzle of lemon juice.
