Oven-Fried Garlic Potatoes

3 Idaho potatoes, each cut in half lengthwise & thinly sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, finely minced or grated
2 teaspoons crushed rosemary

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees

2. In a large bowl, toss all of the ingredients together, so the potatoes are coated evenly.

3. If possible place the potatoes on a cooling rack which is on top of a rimmed baking sheet. By cooking the potatoes on a cooling rack the heat will crisp and brown both sides of the potatoes more evenly. If you don’t have a cooking rack the the baking sheet alone with suffice.

4. Cook for 45 minutes
